Zeta Sigma Foundation 2021 Scholarship Registration
The Zeta Sigma Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. in conjunction with the Zeta Sigma Foundation, Inc. awards
three(3) one-time scholarships to young men that exhibit academic achievement, leadership qualities and community involvement.
A one-time $1,000 Scholarship will be awarded for each of the following categories:
1) Joseph O. Woodfolk Memorial Scholarship
2) High School Senior
3) College Undergraduate

Any application received after the noted date or incomplete applications will not be accepted. Awards: Winners are notified by phone followed by a letter of confirmation. On or before May 3, 2021. Formal awards will be presented at our annual Crab Feast Banquet in August 2021.
Criteria: Each applicant must submit the following to have a complete application:
1. Application (contact info, intended college/university, qualifications)
2. Academic transcripts
a) High School Senior - from your current high school
b) Undergraduate – from your current college
3. Two letters of reference
a) The first from an instructor, advisor or degree program mentor.
b) The second from a person who has known the applicant for two or more years and is not a relative.
4. Submit an essay of no more than 500 words in a proper business format on the following topic:
Making a difference: As we reflect on the various events taking place over the past year, how would you utilize your time and talent to help make a difference?
